recently converting and restoring the Historic buildings that
form the centrepiece of the prestigious Langley Park development
in Beckenham, Kent. This development achieved three London
Borough of Bromley awards including The Best of Bromley
award for 1999. 15 Sundridge has been the latest
challenge; forming part of the small Sundridge Avenue conservation
area. This is a relatively rare complete street frontage of

early arts and crafts influence.
The site is well located for four Connex stations with direct
links to Victoria, Charing Cross and London Bridge. Together
with its mature landscape setting, luxury apartments of this
quality are rarely available. Each apartment comes with two
double bedrooms and two bathrooms all with attention to fine
details with high specifications meeting the standards of
modern living.
The development consists of just eight flats and two penthouses
both having stunning views into Kent from their rooftop gardens.
